Acacia Publishing  fees charged at the time of putting up entries are non-refundable. However, recognizing that you may face truly exceptional circumstances, we are willing to review all completed requests for refunds and refund fees charged by us (Less normal service fees) when appropriate.

As Online web publishers. Acacia publishing cannot refund any such charges or any other charges or fees made by any party other than Acacia publishing. Therefore, we can only refund the fees designated as “Acacia publishing fees” on your Acacia publishing receipt. If you wish to request a refund of any charges other than Acacia publishing service fees, you must communicate directly with the service provider making such charge. Under no circumstances will Acacia publishing become involved with any refund request relating to fees charged by any party other than Acacia publishing.

We will review requests for Acacia publishing fee refunds only after you have requested  within 30 days of request. We will not issue refunds o transactions which have been purchased more than 90 days prior to the date when the refund was requested.

In order to review a request for refund, we require the following information:

1.      Completed and signed refund request form with detailed explanation of the exceptional circumstances that necessitate a refund of the Acacia publishing fee.

2.      Proof of refund of  services provider charges relating to the Acacia publishing service fees (e.g. a credit card statement, a letter from the services provider, or a refund receipt from the  services provider).

Please send all requests and supporting information via certified mail (or courier) to the Acacia publishing.Once we receive your request, we will send confirmation that your refund request is complete or a letter asking for additional information. We will send you our final decision no later than 10 business days after your request is complete.
